Overview of CISO as a Services
CISO as a Service is an all-in-one solution for organisations that are not having fully defined information security responsibilities and not ready to have a dedicated information security team or hire a full time Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). CISO as a service is designed to assist and guide, from an experienced CISO perspective, organisations to improve the information security posture and achieve compliance with local and international regulations
Our strategy is to build a process to define the organisational needs and identify business threats and define security strategy for the organisation to understand the current condition, therefore, we start with an assessment by conducting interviews with key stakeholders and gathering documentation (network diagram, dataflow diagram) etc. We focus primarily on third-party engagement, data classification, data lifecycle, acceptable use policies and information asset management.
Caribou Technologies have partnered with three cyber technology specialist companies to offer the complete suite of security solutions, namely; SecureFLO,(USA) Datacentrix (SA) and Montana Data Company (SA&USA). The respective services are offered on a modular basis, as determined through the risk assessment. Therefore, SMBs only pay for security services that are essential and to fit their budget. This flexible approach (Pay as you go) is managed by Caribou Technologies as the customer interface and trusted partner to the customer.
